Cuchillo Amarillo, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for processing your personal data. This notice explains what we collect, what for, who we share it with, and how you can access, correct, cancel or object.
Who is responsible
Cuchillo Amarillo, S.A. de C.V., with address at Calle Toltecas 133 Ote, Col. Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León, Guanajuato, México, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through beworldish.com.
Be Worldish is a brand operated by that same company. For anything related to your data, write to info@beworldish.com.
What we collect
From the newsletter form: your email address.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this site.
Traffic measurement and anti-spam verification also collect technical browsing data — IP address, device type and pages viewed — as explained below.
What we use them for
Sole purpose: notify you when new Be Worldish photo stories are published, which is what you asked for when subscribing.
We do not use your email for any other purpose. You may opt out at any time by writing to the contact address.
Who we share them with
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We share it only with the providers that make the service possible: the site's hosting and email provider, our own commercial management system where the list is kept, the traffic measurement tool and the form's anti-spam verification service. Each processes the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
Your ARCO rights
You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection regarding your data, as well as revoke your consent or limit its use, by writing to info@beworldish.com from the email address you subscribed with.
Tell us which right you want to exercise and which data it concerns. We answer within 20 business days at the latest.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's data protection authority.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. With your permission, it uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed and technical browser and device information. This site removes query parameters and URL fragments from the page and referrer addresses it sends to Analytics.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; that service processes technical browser data and your IP address for that sole purpose.
You can browse without accepting. Open Cookie preferences to change or revoke your choice; it is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting stops further measurement from this site and removes the Analytics cookies it can access; it does not erase data already sent.
